Terms and Conditions
Travel expenses will be charged when travelling over 30 miles from Bristol and will be charged at 45p per mile per car depending on desired line up. In order to keep costs down, we aim to use as few cars as possible to get to the destination The first 30 miles are free of charge.
A 20% booking fee will be taken to secure your booking, this will be calculated from the mutually agreed quote. Booking fees are non-refundable, but secure your event date and cover any admin work carried out prior to the event. Without this, the date may be offered to other interested parties.
Changes to your booking by adding another musician to your original booking can only be accepted if musicians are available and will require notice
If you cancel your booking 8 weeks or less before your event date, 50% of the remaining balance is due. If you cancel 4 weeks or less before your event date, the full remaining balance is due
On occasion, it may be necessary to use alternative musicians (deps) This is a backup should any musician be unwell, injured or for any reason able to be there. This is peace of mind for the client. There will be no reduction in fee and does not constitute grounds for cancellation.
Cancellation by either party is not allowed except where Clause 11: Force Majeure applies or where the client and artist mutually agree to cancel.
If you are force to cancel (not postpone) due to Covid19 and the date falls during a government lockdown period, meaning legally your event cannot go ahead, then all payments made will be refunded. This does not apply to reduced numbers, Low ticket sales or cancellation by a third party
